Imbz Infinite Hyaluronic Acid Silk Mask Review

As someone who has dehydrated and oily skin, I'm always seeking for solutions to maintain my skin's hydration. Recently I got to try out the Imbz Infinite Hyaluronic Acid Silk Mask, which is the world's first hyaluronic mask with 8 types of HA!
Hyaluronic acid is naturally produced by our body and it is mostly found in our skin, connective tissue and eyes. It mainly helps to retain water and keep our tissues moist. It's one of the key ingredients in many skincare these days - serums, essences, moisturisers, mask etc.

The Infinite Hyaluronic Acid Silk Mask is concentrated with a high volume of 8 different HAs and hydrating natural active extracts that provide the skin with intense hydration, lasting up to 72 hours with just one sheet! It removes impurities from the skin's surface and facilitates oxygen exchange on the layer inside out, giving you a radiant and fully hydrated complexion, so you can say goodbye to dull skin!

The 8 HAs are:
  1. Hyaluronic Acid
  2. Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid
  3. Potassium Hyaluronate
  4. Sodium Acetylated Hyoluronate
  5. Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hyaluronate
  6. Sodium Hyaluronate
  7. Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolyner
  8. Hydrolyzed Sodium Hyaluronate
Each of these HAs helps to maintain the skin's water retention and keep the skin moisturised. Besides this, there are also actives present in the mask - Saccharide Isomerate,  Hydrogenated Lecithin, Chondrus Crispus and Arginine. These actives improve the skin's protective barrier, provide long-lasting hydration and restore skin suppleness. This mask also provides many other beneficial effects such as brightening, repairing, soothing, refining, purifying, re-energising, and the list goes on.
Just like any other sheet mask, unfold the mask and remove it from the film before placing it on your face. The suggested time is 15 to 20 minutes but you can leave it on a little longer if you wish. There's still a lot of leftover essence in the packet which you can use to apply all over your neck and body.
The sheet mask is really thin and I love how it's not like the regular paper sheet masks that tear easily. It adheres really nicely to the skin and it doesn't get too soaked with essence that it overflows and streams down my neck.
After removing the mask, the first thing I noted was that my skin instantly felt firmer. My skin absorbed the essence really well, it felt really hydrating but also not too sticky that it made me feel uncomfortable. It also has a soothing effect especially on some of the inflamed areas on my skin. Even on the next morning after cleansing my skin, it still felt really hydrating and my skin was so soft and smooth.
I also tried out their Aquagenius Coldmed Mask which is the first artificial tear mask, mimicking the human tears that gives an anti-inflammatory yet naturally moisturising effect. It targets skin dryness, oily skin, dark complexion, skin ageing, sensitive skin and acne problem. It has a supreme water-locking and soothing effect, and it also fights wrinkles and restores the skin's natural barrier.
The Infinite Hyaluronic Acid Silk Mask retails for RM168 for a box containing 10 pieces of sheet mask and it will be available on 15th July 2020 on Shopee and Lazada. The Aquagenius Coldmed Mask is RM148 for a box also containing 10 pieces os sheet mask. You can keep up with their latest updates on their Facebook page!
